The rubber roof began peeling back. It was only luck that the owner decided to check out the roof. They were on the road and he made a temporary repair and came home.

ISI went out and worked with an insurance company to get a new roof approved. That was applied and everyone ended up happy. The owner was out an RV for only 2 weeks. That included all the communication with the insurance company and installing the new roof.

We need to check our sealants on the roof at least once a year. You can have ISI out to remove all old sealant and replace with new Dicor self leveling sealants. and replace all vent covers with new.
